She became interested in social justice after she attended Anytown Alabama and with the Black Lives Matter Movement. In 2020, Kameryn received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a double minor in African American Studies and Human Rights. Her love of research led to her being published in the Vulcan Historical Review and her thesis on addressing racism in the nonprofit sector. In 2023, Kameryn obtained her master’s degree in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management. Kameryn is a fan of documentaries, Star Wars, and herbal teas.
